Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Transcribe Plus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Transcribe Plus is a voice transcription app that converts audio into text. It provides transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and action items. The App requires an internet connection for transcription and may require purchases for additional transcription minutes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian consent to these terms and any purchases.

You are responsible for the audio and other content you submit. You must only use content you have the right to transcribe. Do not use the App to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others
• Transcribe content you do not own or have permission to use
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or abuse the service

Transcription minutes are consumable in-app purchases. Once purchased, minutes are deducted as you transcribe. Minutes do not expire. Purchases are final; refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. We may offer promo codes that add minutes; promo codes may have their own terms.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or internal business use. You retain ownership of your content; we do not claim rights to your transcripts beyond what is needed to provide the service.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that transcription will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for decisions you make based on transcript content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, but these terms survive where applicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
