Everything you need to use Transcribe Plus.
How do I record or import audio?
Open the app and tap the record button to record directly. You can also import files: tap the + button, choose Import, and select an audio or video file from Files. For voice memos, use the Share button in Voice Memos and choose Transcribe Plus.
Can I share from WhatsApp?
Yes. When someone sends you a voice message, open the message, tap the share icon, and choose Transcribe Plus (or Save to Files first, then Import in the app). The app will transcribe the voice note when it’s imported.
How do I export transcripts?
Open any transcript and use the share menu. You can Email transcript, Add to Notes (Apple Notes), or Copy to clipboard. Data export (including all transcripts as a ZIP) is available in Settings → Data & Privacy.
What happens to my data?
Audio is sent to our servers for transcription and then processed by our AI. We do not train models on your content. You can export your data or delete it at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
How does pricing work?
You get 60 minutes free to start. After that, you buy minute packs—no subscription. Use promo codes if you have them. Minutes never expire.
Transcription failed or is slow—what should I do?
Check your internet connection. Very long files or poor audio quality can take longer. If it keeps failing, try a shorter clip or contact support@transcribeplus.app.
Can I use a home screen widget?
Yes. Long-press your home screen, tap +, search for Transcribe Plus, and add the widget. Tap it to open the app and start a new recording or transcription.
